No, we don’t hold any hardware ore spare parts. But we have a database with different suppliers for all kind of IT Hardware. No matter what needs to be acquired on a short term, we connect you with a distributer and help you to get whatever is missing in a sufficient number to your site.
We have a standard tariff for all our services. For anchor services we charge 2,5x of our standard tarif. On resolution of the acute disaster situation, we drop the multiplier and only charge our standard tariff for any additional service you might request.
That really depends on your situation. If your business is at risk due to an audit questionnaire from your most important customer, our time investment will be significantly lower compared to a situation where all your clients are impacted by a crypto logger or any other total loss of your IT systems.
